Profit & loss, balance sheet and trial balance
What counts, what is excluded, and the date range.
Reports in the left menu. Revenue minus COGS is gross profit; minus OpEx is net profit. Only issued invoices count as revenue — drafts are excluded so the numbers are never flattered — and bill lines with no category are counted as overhead so they cannot quietly inflate gross profit.
Set From and To to narrow any report to a period; leave both blank for all time.
