Other AI apps
Any AI app that supports remote MCP servers can connect to Todah at
https://todah.ca/mcp. The developers page has the steps.
What it can and cannot do
- It works as you, inside your own workspace and your role, and sees nothing else.
- It can read your clients, invoices, quotes, bills and reports, and, if you allow changes, create clients and draft invoices, quotes and bills, and record payments you have received.
- Before it emails an invoice or quote to a client it must ask you, and at most 30 emails an hour can go out this way.
- It can never see your bank transactions or bank connections, delete anything, refund, take or move money, or change your plan, team or settings.
- Todah's own rules keep the books: numbering, taxes and totals are worked out by Todah, not made up by the AI. You check the draft; you decide what is sent.
- Disconnect it any time in Settings → Connected Apps. It loses access at once.
Prefer to do it yourself?
Everything the AI does, you can do in Todah directly: quotes, invoices clients pay by card, automatic reminders, bills and receipts, and the GST/HST return laid out by CRA line. The AI is a faster way in, not the only one.
