The phone app
What Todah's iPhone and Android app does, and which settings you manage on the website.
The Todah phone app for iPhone and Android is coming to the App Store and Google Play. It signs in to the same workspace as the website, so anything you do in one shows in the other: they share the same records.
Todah also works in your phone's web browser. Sign in at todah.ca and choose the button with three lines at the top left to open the menu.
What the app is for
- Seeing who owes you, what is overdue and who to chase first.
- Creating, editing and sending invoices and quotes, recording payments, and sharing the PDF.
- Photographing a bill or receipt so Todah drafts the bill for you to check.
- Attaching photos and files to invoices and bills.
- Clients, vendors, saved items and recurring schedules.
- Matching bank lines, and reports including the sales tax figures.
- Reading Help, and seeing your schedule and numbering settings.
What you manage on the website
- Your logo, colours and document design.
- Sales taxes, your sending address and your own email domain.
- Setting up card payments.
- Your plan and billing.
- Importing a bank statement file, split matching and connecting a bank.
- Changing the reminder schedule and numbering. The app shows both.
Tip: Sign in to the app with the same email and password you use on the website.
