Request a feature, follow its progress, read how it works
Enterprise and up
Enterprise: ask for what you need, watch it move from Received to Shipped, and find the write-up when it lands.
Everyone sees the roadmap — Upcoming, Under Review, Released — and can vote, one vote per workspace per item. Requesting features, following each one and reading how the built thing works is part of Enterprise.
- Roadmap → Request a Feature. A short title, what you are trying to do, and which part of Todah it touches. Up to ten an hour.
- My Requests shows every request from your workspace on a track: Received → Being Read → Planned → In Progress → Shipped, with a percentage while it is being built and any note from us. An owner or admin can withdraw one that has not been planned yet.
- Every move is a notification on the bell and an email to the person who asked — planned, each progress step, shipped, or not going ahead — and if it goes on the public roadmap, that too.
- When it ships, How it works appears on the request and under Built for Your Workspace in the Help panel (the ? button), and anything the feature switches on is on for your workspace from that moment.
Requests are private: another workspace never sees what yours asked for, nor the write-ups built for you — only the roadmap items we choose to publish. A request can be planned and built without ever appearing on the public roadmap.
