Quotes, acceptance and converting to an invoice

Send a quote, let the client accept it online, turn it into an invoice.

  1. Quotes → New quote. Set a "valid until" date and the lines.
  2. Send. The email carries an Accept button; a client who accepts or declines online is recorded on the quote and you are told on the bell.
  3. Convert creates a draft invoice with the same lines, marks the quote Accepted, and links the two. A quote converts once.
