Free, Business and Enterprise side by side: the price, the limits and the features each one switches on.
Every Todah workspace is on one plan. The plan decides how many people you can add, how much you can scan and import each month, how much file storage you have, and which features are switched on. Your invoices, clients and records are never limited on any plan.

Things that are free on every plan
- Two-step sign-in.
- Connecting AI apps such as Claude, and API tokens for your own software.
- Export All Data and the Audit Log.
- The Help panel and email support.
Good to know
- Card payments cost 2.9% + 60¢ a payment for a Canadian card on every plan, taken from the payment. There is no monthly fee for them.
- Prices are in Canadian dollars. Sales tax for your province is added at checkout where it applies, and shown before you pay.
- You can see your current plan and how much of each limit you have used in Settings → Plan & Billing.
