What stops, what stays, and when.
Settings → Plan & billing → Manage billing → Cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for; a week before it ends you receive a note. Then the workspace moves to Free: everything you entered stays, and the Free limits apply again (3 people, 10 scans, 5 imports a month, 1 GB). Bank feeds above the Free allowance are disconnected.
